Luyang Zou, based in London, who is a new media artist, interaction designer, and architect.
After graduated from Master of Architecture Design for Performance and Interaction, Bartlett, University College London, he is now working in Arup Lighting team as a digital art designer. In addition, with the enthusiasm of sharing knowledge, he feedback and teach in his graduated UCL programme as a part-time tutor, who leads visual and coding workshop.
Coming from architectural background, his digital art always emphasise spatiality, rhythm and immersion. Also, details, structures and materials are reflected on his installation art. He believes that bring in interactivity, perception and activity can bring life to arts, since art and architecture are not simply about space and form, but also about event, action and what happens in space.
