Jess Bartlett

Jess Bartlett (b. 1990) originally trained as a Pharmacist at UEA, often slipping into the music rooms to play piano between lectures. Jess now works as a Public Engagement Coordinator at The CIMR, University of Cambridge strategically traversing the space between research and public audiences, while also working as a freelance producer, engineer, and composer/songwriter, Island Fox. At the University of Cambridge, Jess is passionate about finding innovative and exciting ways to communicate and enhance groundbreaking, novel research to different audience groups. She loves exploring new fields of research through evidence-based practice, being on the precipice of new territory, and creating inspiring “discussion” spaces for thought and action.
