In this session Eve will be sharing her experience with discovering and expanding her knowledge of DAWs to become tools in her toolbox; covering her inter-DAW YouTube series - enjoyably titled “What The Hell Is This?” - through to building a career with Ableton and building records with transferable skills.
The event will also be livestreamed on the Music hackspace YouTube channel for those who can’t make it IRL

Eve Horne is a singer, songwriter, producer, campaigner and founder of PEAKMusicUK which focuses on developing female songwriters and producers, particularly black and minority ethnic women and the LGBTQ+ community. Eve is driven by inspiring the creative community, empowering women and dedicated to challenging inequality for women across the music industry. In 2020, she launched the We Are The UNHEARD campaign, to tackle this inequality. She is a qualified Sound Engineer and a Native Instruments Certified Specialist, was recently named a SheSaid.So ALT list 2020 honoree, is a board member for Moving The Needle and an MPG Diversity Taskforce Representative.
