Max Meetup on JavaScript is an excellent opportunity for programmers interested in combining Max and JavaScript to share their knowledge, network with other developers, and learn more about the latest tools and techniques. Register and look forward to presentations from experts within this field.

  • Stratos Bichakis

Stratos Bichakis - GR/DE: Berlin-based, Greek interdisciplinary artist, composer and engineer working with different materials, ever changing modalities and practices of artistic creation, education, and product development.

  • Edoardo Staffa

I'm an Audio developer, graduated in Electronic Music in 2020 at the Conservatory of Rome "Santa Cecilia", and currently Visual and Sound artist with DiacronieLab, CRM - Centro Ricerche Musicali and Metadiapason Collective. My research, investigates the sound from an experimental and multimedia perspective, looking for the interaction between the several spheres of digital art, from multimedia or interactive installation, to musical performances. I'm founder of Oribu Studio, in which I work as a Music Producer and Sound Designer, and AVAL, an Audio Software House in which I design and develop innovative sound devices for Ableton (M4L).

  • Nick Rothwell

Nick Rothwell is a composer, performer, software architect, coder and visual artist. He has built media performance systems for projects with Ballett Frankfurt and Vienna Volksoper, composed sound scores for Aydın Teker (Istanbul), Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, AWA Dance and Undercurrent Theatre, programmed physical media sculptures with Simeon Nelson and Rob Godman, live coded in Mexico and in Berlin with sitar player Shama Rahman, collaborated with the body>data>space collective in Prague, Paris and Dresden, written software for Studio Wayne McGregor, the Pina Bausch Foundation and Nesta's FutureFest, and developed algorithmic visuals for large-scale outdoor projections in Poland, Estonia, Cambridge Music Festival and Lumiere (London / Durham).

Meet your instructor

Massimiliano Cerioni is a Berlin & Rome based AV composer, performer, sound designer and engineer. He is the founder of the independent audio software project Culto, which has released its first M4L device Simbiosi in 2021. He uses coding, augmented instruments and electronics to create compositions, performances and installations.
