Taught by: Jake Fields
This course explores the creative possibilities offered by Dolby Atmos for 3D sound. Atmos is used by sound designers, music producers, or game audio developers to build immersive worlds.
This workshop uses the Dolby Atmos Production Suite within Ableton Live.
The key techniques explored can be applied to any other DAW (i.e. Logic or Pro Tools). Students can install the trial version of the Dolby Atmos Production Suite. A multi-channel speaker system is not required for this workshop. Binaural audio works with standard headphones.
