Artemi-Maria Gioti is a composer and artistic researcher specializing in Music and Artificial Intelligence (AI). She is a Lecturer in New Media and Digital Technologies for Music at the University of Music “Carl Maria von Weber” Dresden and a Research Fellow in Music and AI at University College London, working on the ERC project MusAI. Her work focuses on interactive compositions involving real-time interaction between musicians and AI systems. She studied Composition and Computer Music in Greece and Austria, earning a doctoral degree from the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. Her music has been performed by notable ensembles and soloists, and she has received several awards, including an Honorary mention at the Prix Ars Electronica 2023.
