We are very excited to announce our selected artists to participate in an Embedded Composer in Residence programme at the Music Hackspace, made in partnership with Sound and Music.

We are thrilled to welcome sound artist Leslie Deere into our organisation, to develop her projects and engage with the Music Hackspace community for the next 6 months as part of the programme.

Seeking to explore recently emerging performative areas of her practice, Leslie will aim to combine AV elements as part of a multi faceted performance, incorporating gesture into digital sound making, coupled with projected imagery.

In the presentation Leslie will introduce her proposed project with more depth; it will be an excellent opportunity for the community to explore engaging with the residency.
